Party Terms and Conditions
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking with the balance to be paid 48hrs before the party. Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a deposit due to previous let-downs.
We will put on staff to help with the party. Depending on what is booked will depend on how many staff we have on for your party. usually, 1-2 but in some cases 3. Our staff are there to run the sound system and any extras you book including serving and running the popcorn and candyfloss machines. Our staff are happy to help you with any reasonable requests but please note they are not there as hired entertainers to play games etc.
You are more than welcome to bring along any games you wish, and our staff will be more than happy to assist.
Our studio is in a large warehouse, and it can get cold in the winter. We will have heaters around the rooms and find once there are kids running around it will soon warm up but do not expect it to be toasty on arrival. Likewise, it can also get hot in the summer months, but we will do our best to provide fans and open windows to keep things cool. Although we tend to find it doesn't get too bad in the summer.
If you do not book the cleanup service, you will be required to leave the space clean and tidy with chairs and tables, put away, floor swept, carpet hoovered and kitchen and bathroom as you found it.
You may arrive 30mins before your party start time to set up any food etc you would like.
